As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the financial operations of our company. Your contributions will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our accounting processes, ultimately supporting the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and track project budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor company expenses and transactions, and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Conduct monthly and yearly closing procedures, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Work closely with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls.
• Keep up-to-date with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and advise management on potential implications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with different stakeholders.
